“Lou” is an anti-RPG where the player travels as the titular Lourenso through a series of fantastical worlds. Lou starts out as a young, bright-eyed hero ready to save the world, but that enthusiasm will be tested as time goes on. RPGs themselves offer the player a cheerful fantasy to which they can escape their problems, but what happens when the stressors of reality grow to be too much? What’s the danger of a world you can lose yourself in? Follow Lou as he tries to find an answer.

Controls

W, A, S, and D to move

Space to jump

Shift to air dash up to two times

F to parry an incoming enemy attack (this is your primary method of dealing damage)

Hover the mouse over targets to complete a successful parry
